Some real nice and effective methods ...Great post. Some real nice and effective methods for how to stay in "The Flow" while other distractions are working very hard to pull you out of it.<br /><br />Personally I've found that when I want to zero in on something, aside from removing all communication distractions, having headphones on achieves this. Music doesn't need to be on, and usually that breaks the concentration, just something around the ears.
